I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade, it seemed only fair. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The ice machines didn't work at all!!! A serious lack of towels and hand soap was truly disappointing!!! The condition of the walls and surfaces could use significant attention!!! It's not exactly a refreshing experience!!!

the shower took forever to get hot water. but the spacious room was a great surprise! and i loved the friendly staff! the location is super convenient near restaurants and the room had a nice kitchenette.
